How to return an order

STEP 1:

Send a Complaint email with the purchase Number along with the pictures of the product that was delivered to support@afro.ng as a means of evidence, Place the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags or labels. If you have created a password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed, otherwise, your return will be invalid.

STEP 2:

Schedule a pick up: Once your claim is validated, we will provide information on the most suitable means of getting the item from you, we can pick the item from you within 1 - 4 business days. Always ensure your return slip is signed by our agents as your proof of return.

Step 3

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 10 business days into your afro Store Credit, or have it sent directly to your bank account. 

 Items not eligible for Returns

  1. Books and CDs
  2. Jewelry, innerwear, bed sheets, lingerie and socks.
  3. Products damaged due to misuse.
  4. Perishable goods cannot be returned except a valid reason is raised at the point of delivery with affirmation from the dispatcher.
  5. Products that have been altered from their original or opened by an authorized personnel without permission.
  6. Product with tampered or missing serial Universal Product Code numbers (UPC).
